Using BillPup

BillPup is a home-maintenance planning tool. Create an account, answer a few questions, and we’ll suggest a maintenance schedule and remind you about it. You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Not professional advice

Our schedules and tips are helpful general guidance, not professional inspection, engineering, or safety advice. For anything involving gas, electricity, structural work, or your safety, use a qualified professional. You’re responsible for the maintenance decisions you make.

Free and Pro plans

The free plan is free. BillPup Pro is a paid subscription ($4.99/month or $39/year) billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal and keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We don’t offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, but if something’s wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.

Your data stays yours

You own the content you put into BillPup. If you downgrade from Pro, we never delete your data — records beyond the free limit simply become read-only until you upgrade again.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload anything unlawful, don’t abuse or attempt to break the service, and don’t use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep BillPup running smoothly but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
